‘Distance’ oil

DESCRIPTION: Part of my ‘miniscape’ series, this was inspired by the flatter areas of Dartmoor, Devon which I had recently visited to do some plein air painting. Although the day was grey and rainy I have used some brighter areas to lighten the atmosphere.

As with all of my work, professional quality oil paint has been used on board with several sanded primer coats. This is to achieve the painting surface which I favour for my style of work.

This painting is supplied ready to frame or surface mount.
